A lush green landscape is projected into the darkness. The space is filled with singular sounds and three dancers appear. 11,711 stone steps in Nikko, inspired by the Japanese haiku tradition, invite the viewer to immerse themselves in another dimension of time, in the very essence of being.

Three dancers are positioned on a dark stage; two kneel on the floor while one sits in a wheelchair with their head tilted back and arms open.
