The choreographic setting is a black table between two dancers, who sit at its sides and appear as silhouettes. Their atypical palms move slowly, gradually revealing their specific qualities. A small camera is positioned above the table, filming in real time and transmitting the high-contrast black-and-white image to a large television screen placed in front of them.

One pair of hands has long, thin fingers with large joint variations due to arthritis. They can reach unusual angles, pulsating and mesmerizing in their soft movement. The other pair of hands remains curled inward in a relaxed fist, except for the straight index finger. They have no voluntary movement. Their motion emerges through the activation of wrist muscles or in small, subtle involuntary movements.

The audience witnesses a strange and unusual spectacle: a liminal world oscillating between form and formlessness, light and darkness, norm and eccentricity. The usual symbolic and judgmental framework is destabilized, and in the absence of a clear reference to a familiar representation of hands, perhaps an independent poetics is revealed.
